Atlas managed 1,200 units across a CRM, a spreadsheet for maintenance, a separate tool for owner reports, and email for everything else. Information fell through the cracks between systems weekly.
Subscriptions to the four tools totaled about $2,600 a month, and none of them talked to each other.
The solution
Atlas adopted our Project Management & CRM Platform and migrated tenants, owners, and open maintenance tickets into it over a single weekend, using the included migration scripts as a starting point.
Their operations manager — not a developer — configured owner-report templates herself by following the documentation, and used the Development Premium plan for two months to add a vendor-portal feature.
