The challenge
Beacon started on a patchwork of calendar links, video calls, and a payment app. It worked at 20 tutors; at 80 it was breaking, and they had no way to onboard the next hundred.
They considered a SaaS marketplace product, but it would have meant rebuilding their whole brand and handing over their student relationships.
The solution
Beacon bought our Collaboration & Scheduling Platform and used it as the backbone for tutor onboarding, session scheduling, and payouts, all under their own domain and brand.
Using the AI prompt library, a single developer added subject-matching logic and a tutor-rating system, shipping both in a few weeks rather than months.
